Dispatch information PIO-Shop


The company PIO-Shop takes over the dispatch of the product for the principal. PIO shop keeps itself before the product with the suitable parcel service provider to dispatch.The calculation of the dispatch post occurs on the base of the total quantity of the ordered products. The price of a standard parcel to 10 kg amounts to € 8.50 for D/AT/BeNeLux of following transportation companies we incorporate in our goods transfer:


  • UPS (normal dispatch, express train)
  • DPD (normal dispatch, express train)
  • DHL (cargo, express train) by the home amounts the delivery time from print release to max. 8 working days.

 

For foreign sendings the delivery times increase by 2 other working days. In all cases in which to us the delivery is substantially complicated or is made impossible we take over no liability.


This likewise counts to damages in transit. These are to be complained immediately after the acceptance of the product immediately to the delivery agent of the commissioned transportation company. Otherwise you cannot assert a damage in transit.


We will inform of the forwarding expenses by foreign deliveries (on inquiry) you separately in the suitable confirmation of order. Returns PIO shop does not keep itself before all unannounced returns to accept. Please, inform us if you liked to send back something! Delivery times your order is worked on fastest possible after her entrance.


The delivery occurs generally within 8-day working days. Should goods not be available in this period, we will inform you immediately by e-mail or by telephone. With Sonderanfertigungen and customised manufacturing product the prospective production time is informed of you by confirmation of order. Delay having to do by the delivery in a delay stamp, we will inform you immediately by telephone by e-mail or by fax.


Reservation of case the promised achievement in case of her non-availability and feasibility can be produced, we keep ourselves before from the order to forbear itself.
